SAD

Everyone has felt sad at some point, especially after a stressful life event such as a break up, the death of a loved one, or losing your job.  But there is a difference between having clinical depression and feeling depressed. When you’re feeling sad you can usually explain why and talk about what you’re going through with your loved ones.  The feelings of sadness usually go away once the situation has been resolved.  When someone has depression, they cannot explain why they feel this way and the negative feelings have no end in sight.  It interferes with the ability to work, play and love.
